Bracken Ridge Estate is a sweeping country property set on a working Shiraz and Semillon vineyard in the heart of the Hunter Valley. The natural beauty of the Brokenback mountain range peeps over the vines and the natural bush setting. The property is surrounded on all four sides by a cattle property and adjoining winery, which ensures that you can relax on your private verandah or sit down by one of the three dams and watch the hot air balloons float by, and absorb the abundant wildlife from every direction.
A destination for all seasons, the five villas on Bracken Ridge Estate are set on over twenty five acres of expansive lawns and the rows of Semillon and Shiraz vineyards. With each well separated by distance to ensure privacy, natural gardens surround each two-story loft style villa which you can also enjoy on your villa’s own outdoor tables, both undercover on your veranda or your picnic table set in your rolling grass lawn. Each well-appointed and self-contained villa comes complete with a fully fitted kitchen, espresso machine, and quality beds and crisp bath linens are supplied for your comfort. These are open plan yet intimate villas, which ensure that you can relax and enjoy the slow combustion log fire in the cooler months, and reverse cycle air conditioning in warmer periods with all your creature comforts provided.

Connected to Pokolbin’s Hermitage Road, Bracken Ridge Estate is a two minute drive to the main wineries with a number of them based right next to us.

What types of Wine does Bracken Ridge Estate grow, and who makes it?
We grow to produce Shiraz, Semillon and a Sparkling Semillon. All wines are produced by Scarborough Wine Co.
Transport Options for Concerts / Winery Tours?
Concert organisers will provide free bus transport to and from Hunter Valley concerts and you will be picked up and dropped off at our main gate entry. Winery tours are available for all areas of the local region and are easily accessible by your search engine.
Is the Accommodation Non-Smoking?
Yes. For the comfort of all guests smoking is not allowed inside any of the accommodation, but available outdoors.
