The Kingston is suitable for up to four (4) guests.

Surrounded by old growth spotted gums, the villa provides for private accommodation set in nature, where a covered verandah leads internally to cathedral ceilings, large open plan living and set in a stunning vista overlooking the shiraz vines. Unwind in the living area, relaxing by a crackling log slow combustion fire. Outside you can awaken to the hot air balloons quietly drifting overhead, engage with nature and the abundant birdlife, stroll through the vineyards or picnic by the one of the three dams enjoying views of kangaroos, horses and overlooking the expansive cattle ranch that surrounds the estate. Or alternatively enjoy a quiet moment sitting on your own covered verandah or your private lawn, picnic table or lounge chairs taking in the view of the vines in the foreground and the soaring Brokenback mountain range peaking up from the back.

You are surrounded by natures offerings in a sweeping country property, and yet you are amongst the Pokolbin, Rothbury and Lovedale vineyards, cellar doors, restaurants and entertainment offerings of the Hunter.

 The upstairs bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and reading nook, also the private downstairs bedroom is furnished with an additional queen bed. All have quality bedding and linen. The upstairs bedroom being accessed via a staircase and the ground floor easily accessible. All overlook bushland settings.

 

A fully fitted kitchen with espresso machine allows for casual dining either at the four person dining table inside or alternatively overlooking the Shiraz vineyards of the estate, dining outside at the four person table on the walkout covered veranda. Alternatively, feel the grass between your toes and enjoy your own picnic table with umbrella.

  • 2 x Bedrooms [1 x upstairs and 1 x downstairs]. Upstairs with 1 x queen bed and the downstairs a ground level, private bedroom with 1 x queen bed. Bedrooms have new, quality carpeting, block out curtains and in room clothes hanging options.
  • 1 x ground level bathroom, spa bath inc. hairdryer, makeup mirror, soaps, quality bath towels & hand towels
  • The ground level bedroom is accessible with 1 x queen bed configuration
  • Hotel quality bedding and linens, standing full length mirrors are provided.
  • Reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood combustion fireplace, block out curtains, open plan living room, four seat dining table
